Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time and excludes weekends and applicable public holidays. Estimated standard delivery takes between 7 and 15 business days after carrier acceptance. Delivery windows are practical estimates and may vary due to destination, local postal operations, seasonal carrier volume, or regional public holidays. When available, tracking information is provided by email immediately after dispatch. Customers are entirely responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address at checkout.
